By accessing or using Palm (“the Service”), operated by Simple Software LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Palm is a platform that generates Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers from websites. The Service crawls publicly available web content, extracts structured data, and creates MCP-compatible endpoints that AI agents can interact with. Palm does not access private, authenticated, or restricted content.
You may create an account to claim MCP servers, access analytics, and manage your servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to:
Any user may generate an MCP server for any publicly accessible website. Domain verification via DNS TXT record establishes a verified ownership claim. Verified domain owners may request removal of unclaimed MCP servers for their domain by contacting us. We reserve the right to transfer ownership of MCP servers to verified domain owners upon request.
The Service only crawls and indexes publicly available web content. MCP servers generated by the Service make this public data available to AI agents in a structured format. We do not access content behind authentication, paywalls, or access controls. We respect robots.txt directives where applicable.
Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Simple Software LLC. Content crawled from third-party websites remains the intellectual property of its respective owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party content indexed by the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
MCP servers are generated from automated web crawling. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data served through MCP endpoints. Users and AI agents should verify critical information independently.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your claimed MCP servers will be released and may be claimed by other users or the verified domain owner.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
